This society has been established by the volunteer effort.  Its aim is to achieve the set goals, namely the development and improvement of the standard of living of both Woman and child while taking care of  those children with special needs. Our motives were charity, justice, and co-operation. We try to excel in the provision of certain services through products, and also through training and education. The society aspires to develop and expand itself in the various activities that are compatible with the changing needs of the society.

This society was founded in Alexandria in 1986 and is presided over by: Mrs. Amal Talat Moustafa as the head of the administrative council. The activities of the society include various projects and each one of these activities has its separate administrative and accounting office. 

The society includes 78 female members, four consultants in addition to the staff (comprised of 190 employees) who were appointed by the society and who receive a salary. The society is totally dependent upon “self - financing”  in order to finance the social activities of charity.
