Work is organized in the association to achieve its objectives and implement its various activities through a number of units. Each unit has its own program and plan. Each unit has a head who is responsible for implementing the required activities under the supervision of the executive manager in consultation with a number of specialized consultants in these fields to enrich the ideas and thoughts, in addition to developing the implementation process to increase the efficiency of the effect of these programs on the society.
The most important tasks of heads of units are:
- Writing project proposals
- Writing the plan of funding the projects and contacting funding institutions for the association’s different projects
- Coordinating the work between the different projects
- Training projects’ participants
- Writing the training material for the internal training and training in projects
