Ittijah, first and foremost, is comprised of its 70 member organizations, all of which are represented in the General Assembly, which is held once a year.
The General Assembly is the highest decision making board where reports from The Board, Controlling Committee and Accountant are discussed and all decisions on membership of Ittijah and who the board and controlling committee shall comprise of are made. The General Assembly is the core of Ittijah and its direction.
The Board of Ittijah is composed of 11 members, who all have an involvement with a member organization. The board is elected by the General Assembly every two years and carries out administrative work and decision making that is beyond the scope of the General Assembly as a meeting of size.
Ittijah’s staff members are responsible for many of the initiatives of Ittijah and obviously the implementation of its work and activities.
