The activities of the Institution are carried out through several committees, which are:
1- Projects and External Aid committee:
This committee implements internal and external projects , and consists of the following
• Projects Unit .
• International Relief Unit .
• Medical Unit.
2- Culture committee:
One of the most important committees in the field of guidance and education within the community. It consists of the following units:
• Circles of Holy Quran and Haith .
• Library unit .
• Summon “Dawa” and Ershad “guidance” Unit.
• Competitions and Festivals Unit.
• Youth Unit .
3- Social committee:
This committee focuses on the activities inside the country, and consists of the following units:
• Aid Unit .
• Voluntary Work Unit .
• Seasonal Programs Unit.
• Orphan’s Sponsorship Program Unit.
4- Public Relations and Information committee:
The main task of this committee is to maintain strong relations with the other institutions, organizations and individuals. It is considered the communication and information front as it introduces the society’s plans and activities using different media channels. The public Relations and Information Committee consists of the following units :
• Public Relation Unit .
• Information Unit .
• Exhibitions Unit .
• Visits & Protocol Unit .
5 – Qatar Guests Center:
This center was established at the beginning of 1998, and is mainly concerned with the Hosting of non- Muslim communities , looking after the new Muslims affairs, and introducing them to Islam .
The center consists of the following sections :
• Non-Muslim communities Section .
• Muslims communities Section .
• New Muslims Affairs Section
• Training & Rehabilitation Section.
• Planning & Follow-up .
6- Women’s Branch:
Due to the important role played by women in the Islamic society in general and in charity works in particular, the women branch was established in 1997 . The branch functions under the management and budget of the institution.
