The Qatar Cancer Society has several achievements, among which are:
1. Organization of the first International Cancer Conference in Qatar in November 1999.
2. Participation in the Scout Camp held during the period 22 – 25 January 2001, through lectures and presentation of booklets and brochures.
3. Participation in the national campaign for the early detection of cancer.
4. Hosting the 4th Arab Cancer Conference held during the period 28 – 31 March 2002.
5. Participation in the co-operation Week with Qatar University (girls section) during the period 25 – 27 March 2002.
6. Continuation of awareness campaigns for schools.
7. Organization of several lectures at the Diplomatic Club.
8. Participation in the international events such as the International Health Day and Anti-Smoking Day.
