According to the mentioned Communiqué the sides defined the following spheres of the cooperation between the ICYF-DC and the youth organizations of the Russian Federation:

- To create email network for future communication.
- To propose to ICYF-DC and Government of Tatarstan to held this conference on annual base.
- To hold joint studies on the issue related to development of Muslim youth in Tatarstan.
- Uniting efforts to fight incidents of Islamophobia, xenophobia as well as dissemination right information about Islam by implementing different programmes (publications, conferences, seminars, youth camps etc).
