Injaz operates through a unique model of partnership between public sector institutions (primarily represented by the Ministry of Education and Universities) and the private sector (represented by our corporate partners). In coordination with the MOE, Injaz selects schools.
Volunteers from the corporate sector are recruited and trained by the Injaz team on
Injazcurricula teachingand teaching methods. After the training, vVolunteers begin to deliver the course modules in public schools, universities, and other youth-centered institutions. The volunteers commit to teaching one hour a week for an average of
10-12 weeks. Injaz staff monitor the process and assist the volunteers throughout the term. Students are awarded certificates upon completion of their coursework each
