When any of EASTS’s specialized committees identifys a certain issue , a working group has to be nominated from the interested members to take the responsibility to carry  out it''s job up to real application.
EASTS does its work according to its adjectives  at different shapes :
•Working as a consultant entity.
•Supervising implementation of the proposed solutions
•Implementing of solution as a contractor
