The aim of the ABP&AW is to organize working women to use their strength and ability for the following objectives: • Achieve high standards of professionalism in respective Fields of service.
• Stimulate and encourage women from all fields of Endeavour to realize and accept their responsibility to the local, national and international community.
• Encourage and motivate women and girls to acquire both basic and advanced education, as well as occupational training.
• Foster better understanding and empathy amongst Pakistani women by facilitating social harmony, exchange of views and greater interaction.
• Create awareness in women of their status, rights and responsibilities.
• Promote international friendships, cooperation and understanding amongst Business, Professional and Agricultural Women promoting and supporting International welfare and information oriented programmers.
• Work to discourage and remove discrimination of women in order to encourage and promote equal opportunities and status for women in the Economic, Agricultural, Civil, Social and Political Life.
• Offer a forum to promote activities targeted to enhance the well being of women with aspect to health, education and culture.
• Alleviate poverty among women.
