- Farmers training at OARDF farm by consultants/trainers for organic          agriculture.

- To improve the efficiency of irrigation, land leveling and lining of water channels will be carried out under the supervision of OARDF consultants/specialists.

- Use of improved sowing material, application of natural manure, methods of sowing and new irrigation methods will be adopted.

- Methods of inter culture, hoeing for weed control.

- To promote organic agriculture and Biological insects pest control.

- Use of new harvesting techniques.

- Packing of crops in proper packaging material.

- Storage of crops at appropriate place and temperature.

- Gender equality will be given priority.

- Adult education centers, Basic health care and Sanitation problems of the rural area will be tackled.

- Local market development and organic agriculture will be developed.
