Qadir Education & Health Society is a NGO established in 1992 with the idea to promote education and Health services in District Bahakkar. Informal contribution was made by members towards this objective. However, the members in 1995 decided to formally establish QE & HS and run the program with wider perspective. NGO got registered, and its offices were established. Horizon was expanded to include environments, child right, women development, vocational training, education for special children and public library.
