Magalen O. Bryant
Mrs. Bryant is a private investor who believes in incorporating conservation and environmental practices into business decision-making processes.  She serves on, or has served the Board of Directors of numerous corporations and foundations, including the Carlisle Corporation, Dover Corporation, O''Sullivan Corporation, National Fish & Wildlife Foundation (Chairperson), and the National Wildlife Federation.  In recognition of her conservation efforts, Mrs. Bryant is the recipient of the Chevron Conservation Award and the Mississippi Governor''s Award for Conservation.

Monica D. Ellis
Ms. Ellis is President of Global Environment & Technology Foundation.  In addition to oversight of daily operations, she develops new business and partnerships for the organization.  She has developed programs for the United Nations, the White House, federal agencies and corporations.  Examples of her work include the National Town Meeting for Sustainable America, the White House Technology for a Sustainable Future Initiative and the World Engineering Partnership for Sustainable Development.  Ms. Ellis is also the founder of the Coventry Group, L.L.P., a small business devoted to marketing, communications and government relations.

Dr. Stephen S. Fuller
Dr. Fuller is Professor of Public Policy for the Institute of Public Policy at George Mason University.  Previously, he served as Chairman of the Department of Urban Planning and Real Estate Development and Director of Doctoral Programs at George Washington University.  Dr. Fuller is a noted author and recognized expert on urban and regional planning.  Dr. Fuller''s international expertise focuses on analyzing environmental issues and their impact on economic development throughout the world.

Hank Habicht 
Mr. Habicht serves as Vice Chairman of the Global Environment & Technology Foundation.  Mr. Habicht was the Deputy Administrator of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency from 1989 to 1993.  From 1993-1998, Mr. Habicht was the Senior Vice President of Safety-Kleen Corporation.  During the Reagan Administration he served in the U.S. Department of Justice as Assistant Attorney General for the Environment.  He currently serves as Managing Partner of SAIL Venture Partners, a leading venture capital fund investing in leading-edge clean energy, water and related technologies. Mr. Habicht holds a J.D. from the University of Virginia and an A.B. (magna cum laude) from Princeton University.  He serves on numerous Boards and Commissions.

Tom Harvey
Mr. Harvey is Chairman and CEO of the Global Environment & Technology Foundation he founded 17 years ago. He served as CEO of Clean Fuels Technology, Inc., a leading alternative fuel company where he built the management team, raised over $40 million, commercialized the technology, and put the company on track for profitability.  He served as Chairman of Roy F. Weston, Inc, one of the top ten environmental engineering firms in the country.  Mr. Harvey spent 20 years in senior positions with the White House, National Security Council, Department of Defense and Congress.  A graduate of West Point, Mr. Harvey was selected as a Congressional Fellow and served as National Security Advisor to then Congressman Dick Cheney (R-WY) and Senator John Warner (R-VA). 

Robert L. Herbst
Mr. Herbst has served as Assistant Secretary for Fish, Wildlife, and National Parks, and as Acting Secretary for the Department of Interior.  He has 50 years experience as a business, environmental and conservation executive.  Mr. Herbst also serves as the U.S. Board member for The Regional Environmental Center for Central and Eastern Europe (REC).  In addition, he is Chairman of the Board of the National Wildlife Refuge Association.  Mr. Herbst has been recognized as a leader promoting youth and community education activities focused on the environment.

Kenneth W. Whitt
Mr. Whitt is Chief Financial Officer of Global Environment & Technology Foundation.  Mr. Whitt was Senior Staff for Corporate Development for Defense Group Inc./DGI Industries, Inc., President of Sutton Corporation, and Group Vice President for Tetra Tech, Inc.  He also served as Assistant Deputy Director for the Office of the Secretary of Defense.
